The 2013 Chevy Volt has been under a lot of scrutiny from critics in every direction. Many of them questioned why General Motors sold such a high number to government agencies and why they are including their leases, set very low right now, as part of their sales. But all the talk aside about how General Motors and Chevrolet is handing the sales and marketing of the Volt, getting aside from the drama and looking at the car, what you’ll find is a great choice.
Sure the 2013 Chevy Volt carries a larger MSRP than what people think it should have, but it has very low running costs which quickly make up for the additional price. Of course a $260 a month lease isn’t too hard on the pockets.
Along with the minimal amount of gas you will have to pay for in the 2013 Chevy Volt, most drivers immediately commented on two things. One thing was how secure they felt in the car, not only in switching from electric to gas at an almost undetectable level, but just how safe a car it is in general. Secondly, they are amazed great it sounds, not only from the great audio system in use, but how quiet the cabin is during the commute. And of course everyone commented on the technology and being able to see the charge at any point in time.
If you haven’t checked out a 2013 Chevy Volt for yourself, you might want to make it a point to see it in action. Knowing it can be charged with an ordinary 100 outlet was really good to learn about and the following video can tell you much more because it really doesn’t matter so much how General Motors decides to market this electric sedan, it matters how it will perform if you drive one home.
