The A2013 Bentley Continental GT is staged to take its place in the lineup of royal vehicles, just as what you would expect from anything “Bentley” and with a price tag of $215,000, you had better have about a royal income in order to comfortably pay for it and feel comfortable putting it through its paces. If you can, you are in for a heck of a ride, because this Bentley is definitely built to please even the most discriminating driver. While it’s not as fast as some of the super sportscars coming out, who cares? It has enough power than the average driver would ever even use, and the luxury is second to none.
The A2013 Bentley Continental GT graciously hosts a 6.0 liter twin turbocharged W12 which gives 616 horses and 590 pound feet of torque which make it a piece of cake to comfortably cruise at the top speed of around 200 miles per hour. While there are no official EPA ratings so far, it is said that this Bentley will get about 20 highway miles per gallon and 13 city miles per gallon for a combined 15 mile per gallon estimate. While that’s certainly not the best on the block, if you can afford this car, it probably doesn’t matter so much if the fuel efficiency makes it to “best in class” or not.
While the exterior of the A2013 Bentley Continental GT speaks for itself in terms of sophistication and class, the interior is as plush as they come. This new model has been updated with quilted door panels that are paired up with aluminum pedals, knurled shift lever trim and the perfect touch of aluminum trim work. If you prefer warm wood, you can choose some of the best. The wood in the Bentley’s are handcrafted of the highest quality wood available and is a standard option if you prefer it over the sportier aluminum attire. Of course, as you can imagine the seating is to die for and you are enveloped in thick, plush carpeting throughout the spacious cabin.
