The image of these gorgeous Jags was in an email to someone who decided to go ahead and treat the rest of the world to the site. So much for the Jaguar F Type keeping a lid on the great new looks until the Paris Auto Show. While you can’t tell too much from these images, it doesn’t look as if the Jaguar F-Type is going to be on the compact size, and the sportiness can’t be questioned.
At first glance, the F-Type looks much like the Jaguar C-X16 Concept that debuted at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, although it looks to have lost the hard top. Of course so many have seen this car tripping about in full camo, that maybe the familiarity is the colorless body share. The rumors have it that the Jaguar F-Type will come in options of a roadster or a hardtop, but those rumors haven’t been confirmed.
What is also rumored about the newest Jag to hit the market is that it will have a boat load of options so drivers can feel as if they are getting a vehicle that really is all about them. Among these options should be two supercharged V6 engines which are sure to produce some aggressive driving experiences. Also, a “derivative” of the supercharged 5.0 liter V8 should also be included for those who prefer a little face melting speed to their otherwise stealthy commute.
More should come up about the Jaguar F-Type at the Paris Auto Show which is coming up just next week. We imagine that it will have all the bells and whistles that Jaguar is known for. Plus, with just the small peek of what we’ve seen of the interior, the seats are built for secure comfort In the meantime, the biggest choice we know of to make is do we like this Jag better in black, red or silver?
